GATE 2018 Recruitment Notification 


Power Grid Corporation and BHEL Recruitment Through GATE 2018: Application To Start In January 2018


Requirements and Eligibility for PGCIL GATE 2018

Candidate will be called for the group discussion and personal interview on the basis of the Gate 2018 score. 
Candidate must qualify the group discussion and personal interview to be considered for empanelment.
Qualifying percentage based on interview:
  1. 40% for unreserved category
  2. 30% for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwD candidates.

Final Selection will be done based on the following criteria:
  1. 85% weightage to marks scored in GATE 2018
  2. 3% weightage to marks scored in Group discussion 
  3. 12% weightage to marks scored in personal interview


Requirements and Eligibility Criteria for BHEL GATE 2018

Candidates applying for the BHEL should fulfill the following criteria::
  1. A full-time Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology or Five year integrated Master's degree or Dual Degree programme in Engineering or Technology in the disciplines of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Indian University/ Institute.
  2. The candidate should be in a position to produce their Degree/Final year marks sheets by July 1, 2018 or at the time of Interview, whichever is earlier.
  3. The upper age limit for Engineer Trainees is 27 years that is candidates born before September 1, 1990 are not eligible to apply.

Selection process:

Candidate will be called based on the gate score and the final selection will be done based on clearing the personal interview and GATE score 2018.
